This is the Cisco Security Beta community. It is where Cisco Security customers and Cisco employees create an account, tell us what they'd like to test, and wait to be matched to a program. See the Community overview.
No. Joining this community is not joining a live beta. A Beta Product Manager invites you to a program when it fits what you test. We may also post opportunities here for you to apply.
After you sign in, complete your profile if you are asked, and add a test environment for products you'd like to test. When a program is open to apply, use that program's apply card. Completing an application does not make you a participant. A Beta Product Manager moves accepted applicants into the program.
Yes. Cisco employees sign in with their Cisco email and skip the customer profile. Access to a named beta is still granted by a Beta Product Manager. If you need elevated access, use the internal access request on community home after you sign in, or write to ask-sbg-beta@cisco.com.
The Cisco Privacy Statement and the Cisco Web Site Terms of Use apply to this community. Those are the cisco.com documents. This community does not keep a separate policy or terms file.
When you are invited to a specific program, you may be asked to accept an additional participant agreement. That signed agreement is separate from these public pages.
Do not paste passwords, API keys, tokens, integration secrets, or private keys. Do not send product details or screenshots outside the project you were invited to. If you need help, write to us from the address below rather than posting confidential material on a public page.
